Clinical Practice

As a clinical psychologist, I am dedicated to providing data-driven, client-centered care. My practice is founded on bridging the gap between scientific research and personal transformation. I offer psychotherapy through telehealth in Georgia and beyond, specializing in challenges that often impact high-performers: sleep optimization, chronic pain management, and resolution of posttraumatic stress (PTSD). I also treat a full range of mental health conditions—from mood and anxiety disorders to OCD and perinatal mental health concerns. My commitment is to provide scientific rigor paired with customized, strategic care.

Organizational Consulting and Speaking

I am an independent organizational consultant with more than 15 years of experience partnering with organizations to amplify their impact, cultivate employee resilience, and drive culture transformation. My consulting services are grounded in robust psychological and public health principles. I’ve led high-level research, program development, evaluation, and strategic planning processes for a diverse portfolio of clients, including philanthropic foundations, UN agencies, and non-governmental organizations across the Middle East and the United States. I also offer actionable trainings and speaking engagements for corporate audiences on topics such as interpersonal effectiveness, stress mitigation, and maximizing global performance (e.g., beating jet lag).

Background, Research, and Credentials

I hold a Ph.D. in clinical psychology (specialized in health psychology) from the University of Miami and a Master’s degree in Public Health (MPH) from Johns Hopkins University. I completed my APA-accredited internship at Atlanta VA Health Care. My scholarly research has focused on the intersection of mental health and public health, including peer-reviewed publications on traumatic stress, depression, sexual identity, stigma, and HIV. I am a member of the American Psychological Association and am licensed in the state of Georgia (PSY004734).
